TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These conditions of sale exclusively determine the relationship between the merchant Tralhão and the customer (website user and registered customer).

These conditions are the only existing ones and supersede any other conditions of sale, unless otherwise stated in writing. By using this website, the customer automatically agrees to respect and comply with the conditions, terms of use and privacy policy imposed here.

In order to place an order it is necessary to register a user account or customer account with valid data.

If you are assigned a username and password, you must keep and treat this information as confidential and non-transferable. The user will also be responsible for all activities that may occur with the use of these access data.

The user is obliged to immediately notify Tralhão when he detects any anomaly in the use of his data by third parties. Tralhão is not responsible for any misuse of such data. In these terms, Tralhão reserves the right to deactivate any user account without prior notice, if it detects any irregularity in its use, or for any other reason that it finds justifiable.

Orders of products and services may be made in the following ways:

1. Through the website www.tralhaodesigncenter.com, with login made. This service is available 24 hours a day, every day, from national territory (Portugal);

2. By telephone: (+351) 239 506 400 from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 19.00, Monday to Friday;

3. By e-mail to online@tralhaodesigncenter.com from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

All amounts indicated are in Euro currency and include I.V.A. at the legal rate in force, do not include shipping fees or other transaction fees.

In certain cases, such as purchases of higher quantities, the prices shown on the website may be changed with discounts attributable to the respective account manager. In situations of this nature, the customer is advised to place the order via email or phone.

Tralhão reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, you will make every effort to maintain the same prices indicated at the time the order is placed.

Tralhão reserves the right to review and cancel any order placed through this site, if it does not meet the commercial requirements of the company, violates any of the terms of this agreement, or if there are computer errors, manual errors, transcription errors and technical errors in pricing or content.

Tralhão does not guarantee the reliability, usefulness or veracity of all information and services on the website, nor the documentation made available through it. Therefore, does not guarantee or be responsible for the following:

1. the continuity of the contents of the website;

2. the absence of errors in those;

3. the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components in the website or server that makes it available;

4. the invulnerability of the website and/or the impossibility to violate the security measures adopted on it;

5. lack of usefulness or performance of the website content;

6. Damages or losses caused by any person, themselves or a third party, that violates the conditions, rules and instructions that Tralhão establishes on the website or through the violation of the security systems of the website.

Tralhão will make every effort to meet its delivery deadlines, with stocks available at the time the order is placed. In the event of not having the item in stock, Tralhão will contact the customer by email or phone to indicate the new expected delivery time or an alternative to it.

Tralhão offers two delivery options:

a. Pickup at our facilities:

Orders can be picked up at our facilities during business hours: Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM and 6:30 PM, excluding Sundays and holidays. A pickup appointment is required.

b. Delivery by carrier:

We choose carriers that can deliver the goods to the address you provide within 24 to 72 hours of the shipment date. In some cases, delivery may be made by our own Tralhão team.

For deliveries within mainland Portugal, the shipping costs are:

Zone 1: Coimbra, Pombal, Lousã, Lisbon, Vila Franca de Xira, Amadora, Almada, and Setúbal

- Free

Zone 2: Arganil, Oliveira do Hospital, Viseu, São João da Madeira, Castro Daire, Aveiro, Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Espinho, Amarante, Braga, Guimarães, and Viana do Castelo

Zone 3: Vila Real, Lamego, Bragança, Mogadouro, and Chaves

Zone 4: Castelo Branco, Sertã, Covilhã, Gurada, and Pinhel

Zone 5: Évora, Estremoz, Reguengos de Monsaraz, Portalegre, and Ponte de Sor

Zone 6: Santarém, Coruche, Abrantes, Tomar, Leiria, and Caldas da Rainha

- €100 for purchases up to €500;

- €150 for purchases between €500 and €1,500;

- €200 for purchases between €1,500 and €2,500;

- €250 for purchases between €2,500 and €4,500;

- Free for purchases over €4,500.

Zone 7: Vila Nova de Santo André, Aljustrel, Almodôvar, Beja, Faro, Loulé, Albufeira, Silves, Lagoa, Portimão, Lagos, Olhão, Tavira, Vila Real de Santo António

- €150 for purchases up to €500;

- €200 for purchases between €500 and €1,500;

- €250 for purchases between €1,500 and €2,500;

- €300 for purchases between €2,500 and €4,500;

- Free for purchases over €4,500.

For Madeira, the Azores, and other countries, shipping costs will be quoted separately after the order is submitted in our online store. The associated costs are the customer's responsibility.

Assembly service is not included, regardless of the delivery method.

Customers can pay for their order using the following methods:

1. ATM, or online banking;

2. MB WAY, via the app, ATM, or online banking.

The products for sale on this site are covered by various types of commercial warranties. All are given a 2 year warranty period. It is possible that some have different conditions and/ or deadlines, which will be defined by the manufacturer.

The legislation in force with regard to guarantees and returns in national territory applies. For more information see: DL 67/2003 of 8 April, Law on the Consumer - Law no 24/96 of 31 July, Decree-Law no 70/2007 of 26 March, Decree-Law no 371/2007 of 6 November 2007, Decree-Law no 57/2008 of 26 March.

Please note, however, that only products covered by the warranty are:

1. Correspond to the description contained in documents issued by Tralhão;

2. No technical intervention or attempt to repair has been made;

3. Have not been properly assembled or whose damage is the result of improper handling or assembly;

4. The breaks and peaks in the electric current are not covered by warranty, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure an electrical installation with good connection to earth, as required by law for all electrical products;

5. Are clean and free of impurities and dust;

6. Do not contain defects known by the customer and Tralhão at the time of purchase;

7. Have not been used and do not show marks of use.
