RETURN POLICY

You may return an item purchased from the our online store de two ways: In person or by post, sending it to our warehouse in Soure (Coimbra).

Refunds and exchanges are processed within a 14-day deadline from the date of dispatch of the original order.

Return Conditions:

  1. The customer will be responsible for covering the full cost of returning the products.

  2. To proceed with the return, you should contact Tralhão via email. logistica@tralhao.pt.

  3. All returned products must be accompanied by the complete original packaging and the original invoice.

  4. Tralhão will not accept returns of products that have been used or show signs of use.

  5. Do not contain defects known to the customer and Tralhão at the time of purchase.

  6. All returned products will undergo inspection and will only be accepted if they meet the established return conditions.

All returns are subject to the terms and conditions of this Returns Policy (the "Returns Policy"). Additionally, all returns made in-store Tralhão will be subject to the store's applicable returns policy.

01. In-store return

To avoid paying for the return shipping of an item, you can return your purchase at the nearest Tralhão store. Take the following items with you:

1. Original invoice

2. Confirmation email (used to confirm the original payment method)

Refunds will only be made if the return is made within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the order. All returns will be subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy.

02. Return by post - to our warehouse

Follow these steps:

1. Pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

2. Make a copy of the original invoice and include it with the product.

3. Send the product using a trackable method. We can only process your return once we have received the product. Keep the tracking number provided by the carrier in case you need to locate the package.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item by post, and should send it to the following address:

03. Return of offers

The best option will be to return the item in a store because if it is returned to our warehouse, the refund will be made to the address of the original purchase. Follow the steps shown in "Face-to-face return".

All returns will be subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy (the "Return Policy"). In addition, all returns made at a Tralhão store will be subject to the applicable return policy of the store.

04. Returning a damaged/defective item

I received a damaged/defective item. How can I return it?

To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at 239 506 400. Our customer service team will arrange for the item to be collected from your address and shipped to our warehouse at no cost to you. Place the product in its original packaging, attach a copy of the packing slip, and place it on the outside of the box. Also include a copy of the original invoice with the product.

All returns are subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy (the "Return Policy").

What refund will I receive if I return a damaged or defective item?

If you are returning an item due to damage or defects, you will be refunded the price of the item, along with any applicable taxes and shipping costs, upon receipt of the item at our warehouse. Please note that Tralhão stores cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact our customer support team at 239 506 400 for additional information.

05. Refunds

When and how is my refund processed?

If you return the item to our warehouse and are entitled to a refund, your refund will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date the returned item is received at the returns center. If you return the item to your nearest store and are entitled to a refund, you will receive the refund upon return.

Tralhão reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned products are received and inspected for condition.

What is refunded when I return an item?

When returning an item, you will receive a refund for the value of the item and any applicable fees. The original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in limited circumstances, such as an error on our part.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, whenever possible. Otherwise, they will be made by bank transfer.

06. Loss of the delivery note

If you ordered an item you want to return but don't have the delivery note, you can still return it by contacting our customer support team at 239 506 400. You will be asked to provide the relevant order from your account.

07. Undelivered packages

What happens if Tralhão receives an item again because it was not delivered?

The carrier will attempt delivery to the address provided when placing the order. If you are not available to receive the package, most carriers will leave a notice stating that they attempted to deliver the package and that it is available at the nearest warehouse for pickup. This notice will include a phone number you can call for more information. Your package may be collected for 5 business days and then returned to our warehouse. In this case, all fees and product costs will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded for undelivered packages. A restocking fee may apply.

If we receive an order again because it was not delivered, you will receive an email notifying you that your credit card/gift card has been refunded for the applicable fees. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the moment we receive your order back at our warehouse for the refund to be processed.

08. Guarantees
